Ab Workout

While the person is running that will set the time for the others doing the drills

5 - Deadlifts (225)
5 - Ball Slams (20)
5 - Pullups

Then when finished run 1 mile buddy run with 60# Sandbag

Burnout - 5 minutes - Buddy curls (45#)
