FULL PPE WITH SCBA. Disconnect regulator but wear mask to restrict breathing

50 push-ups
20 squat-press 65 lbs
20 deadlifts 135 lbs
10 lunges each leg
50' bear crawl
carry hotel pack up two flights of stairs
50' bear crawl
carry hotel pack up two flights of stairs

  1. Was this done on C-shift or B-shift at 74's? The posted date is a B-shift, so I am guessing they may be the front runners in fitness in our department! Please post your workout for that day, and the best time for that day! Not a workout that may have happened in a far off place along time ago! Thanks!
